This September. . .

by - September 06, 2017

It’s already been a few days since September started, and even if something major (well, not exactly major) already happened, I would like to share what my September looks like.

The Fifth of September. It’s already the sixth! This is something for me (and you) to look forward to because this is just waaay too exciting. If this is your birthday, then good, because I am giving you a whole new reason to remember the fifth of September. It’s still on the works, so stay tuned on what is this all about.

Korean Film Festival in the Philippines. This is the first time I’ll attend this festival (schedules were so kind this year), and I’m excited because Korean visual media are just… superb. I’ve seen The Battleship Island last weekend and it was one of the best historical movies I’ve seen. The Korean Film Festival 2017 has five movies which will be shown in six major cities in the Philippines, from September 7 (that’s tomorrow!) to September 10. I’m looking forward to see all the movies, especially My Brilliant Life and Twenty because they have Song Hye-kyo, Kang Ha-neul and Kim Woo-bin respectively.

Manila International Book Fair. Oh my god! I wouldn’t miss this for the world. Last year was sooo crazy because I got a lot of free books and other stuff, plus, I get to have a picture with Bro. Bo Sanchez. I won’t be selling my books there this year, but I know the experience would just be as amazing.

Stages of Love. My love for musicals and theater plays have grown, especially after seeing that heartbreaking musical Mula Sa Buwan back in February. Lucky I came across Ateneo Blue Repertory’s announcement about this 11-year-old musical called Stages of Love. I can’t wait to see it.

Spread the loooove!
